I oversaw a project to analyze non-compliant insurance behaviors to identify factors contributing to a significant increase in claims, enabling better management and potential savings of €5 million.

Fiber Optic Network Optimization

I led a project to develop a custom tool for estimating an internet network covering 13 million households (approximately 15,000 km) in collaboration with over 10 Data profiles in France and Poland over 1.5 years.
Conversion Funnel
For a digital scale-up, I worked with the marketing and sales directors, as well as the CEO, to deploy analytical tools using SQL and Looker Studio, thereby optimising the conversion tunnel (more than 10 dashboards produced, creation of several specific datamarts). I also helped prioritise the Data/Business roadmap to guide data engineering activities. Finally, I ensured that the dashboards were adopted by the business teams, by monitoring quality and performance.
Customer Journey
At a specialized healthcare e-commerce company, I analyzed the web journey (logs), sources, and flows between pages. One relevant observation was the detection of the forum as an element impacting sales. Why? Because customers seek product usage information before making purchases.
Conversion Funnel
I developed and organized a project aimed at optimizing marketing campaigns using propensity scores (targeting), as well as multi-channel scripting including display, emails, and outbound calls (automation). I also created dashboards to measure performance and conduct cross-analysis of the results of DMP / CRM marketing campaigns. Furthermore, I oversaw several series of A/B tests involving a base of 400k clients. I collaborated with marketing, sales, and web teams to define and implement business and technical operational improvements.

Completion of a customer segmentation optimization project by cross-referencing CRM data with claims data.
Conversion Funnel
As the Data Team Manager for an automotive industry player, I deployed a performance management framework for Data Marketing projects (scoring and marketing campaigns) across 10 countries and 3 brands.

Analysis of email/display/outbound call marketing campaigns using SQL.
Text Analysis
Creation of a data analysis tool for the App Store using regular expressions to measure a telecommunications company's position against its competitors.
Strategic Analysis + Visualisation
Long-term market analysis covering 50 key sectors in telecommunications and media across 16 countries in the EMEA region. Implementation of an ultra-fast reporting system for the executive management, enabling the synthesis of a 100-page report for each market.
Web/CRM Consolidation
First-time consolidated analysis of web, mobile, digital services, and content data within the department (26 million web/mobile visitors). This analysis also included external data from Médiamétrie and Comscore.
Financial Analysis
Implementation of an EBITDA and cash flow forecasting model for a telecom company in 6 countries.
Strategic Study
I conducted and presented the analysis of results from the fiber optic network estimation model using SQL, Python, Looker Studio, and QGIS for 3500 municipalities in France.
Anomaly Monitoring Dashboard
Definition and implementation of a tool to manage the quality of 15 million monthly visitors on Orange.fr.
Optimization of Customer Relations / New CRM and Dashboard Implementation
For a music school, integration of a new CRM system. Creation of analytical dashboards using SQL, BigQuery, Python, Looker, and Zapier. ChatGPT integration test (via the OpenAI API) into the dashboard.
Strategic Study on Long-Term Vision
I conducted a survey on behalf of a telecommunications company, interviewing 2,300 people across three European countries regarding the perceived legitimacy of telecom operators. I analyzed these results and compared them to those obtained in the past. I developed an ultra-intuitive presentation in the form of a one-slide graph based on a visual representation incorporating three variables. I also designed several presentations for different levels of management.
