I led a project to develop a custom tool for estimating an internet network covering 13 million households (approximately 15,000 km) in collaboration with over 10 Data profiles in France and Poland over 1.5 years.

Conversion Funnel

For a digital scale-up, I worked with the marketing and sales directors, as well as the CEO, to deploy analytical tools using SQL and Looker Studio, thereby optimising the conversion tunnel (more than 10 dashboards produced, creation of several specific datamarts). I also helped prioritise the Data/Business roadmap to guide data engineering activities. Finally, I ensured that the dashboards were adopted by the business teams, by monitoring quality and performance.

At a specialized healthcare e-commerce company, I analyzed the web journey (logs), sources, and flows between pages. One relevant observation was the detection of the forum as an element impacting sales. Why? Because customers seek product usage information before making purchases.

I developed and organized a project aimed at optimizing marketing campaigns using propensity scores (targeting), as well as multi-channel scripting including display, emails, and outbound calls (automation). I also created dashboards to measure performance and conduct cross-analysis of the results of DMP / CRM marketing campaigns. Furthermore, I oversaw several series of A/B tests involving a base of 400k clients. I collaborated with marketing, sales, and web teams to define and implement business and technical operational improvements.

Strategic Study on Long-Term Vision

I conducted a survey on behalf of a telecommunications company, interviewing 2,300 people across three European countries regarding the perceived legitimacy of telecom operators. I analyzed these results and compared them to those obtained in the past. I developed an ultra-intuitive presentation in the form of a one-slide graph based on a visual representation incorporating three variables. I also designed several presentations for different levels of management.
